Best smash burger I've ever eaten and the tallow fries are a must have! Crisp and crunchy, great flavor. Really nice and helpful staff. Make sure you stop at bakery counter for a delicious piece of cherry stollen.
Pastrami Reuben
Just discovered this place, what a great atmosphere. Delicious sandwich! Kent stopped by to say hello. Local meat, local produce, local items in their shop, local beer. Highly recommend!
Mushroom & Swiss Smash Burger
Our daughter and son in law took us to lunch at Pierce Creek. They had been there previously for breakfast and enjoyed it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was delicious.
Beef Birria
Sandwich was outstanding with tons of soft, tender beef and gooey cheese. The dipping sauce was a perfect addition to this comfort food sandwich. The tallow fries are crispy and fresh and delicious.

Turkey Pastrami Club
Five stars! Turkey pastrami was an excellent alternative to traditional pastrami, and the bacon was cooked perfectly - very crispy but not burnt. In fact, all the ingredients made for an exceptional sandwich.

Delicious breakfast with huge portions! The chicken sausage links were amazing! Fun atmosphere and can't wait to go again!!
BPT (Breaded Pork Tenderloin)
I usually only eat pork tenderloin sandwiches a couple of times per year mainly because most places don't know how to cook them properly (dried out). Not only was it huge but it was cooked perfectly!!! I haven't had one this good since 50 years ago at the Iowa State Fair. First time here but will definitely be coming back to try other things!!
Beef Birria
Excellent tender beef with a amazing chili garlic sauce for dipping . Comfy friendly atmosphere and great cocktails . Salute to a great new place for a relaxed victuals ! ;>D
