Pierce Creek Catering is rooted in Pierce Creek Cattle Company, our own fourth-generation family farm in Lonedell, Missouri. Our beef is raised on pasture with no added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics, and we partner with local farmers, ranchers, and purveyors to keep every menu as local as possible. The same butcher shop, bakery, and kitchen that supply our Creve Coeur restaurant supply your event — genuine food, sourced close to home.
Per-person pricing is based on a minimum of 10 guests unless noted. Tray and pan sizes serve as indicated. All pricing includes disposable serving-ware. Delivery, set up, wrapped cutlery, serving plates; plated service, staffing, rentals, are quoted separately.
A 25% non-refundable deposit confirms your date. Final guest counts are due 5 business days prior to the event, or as otherwise agreed to, as well as payment in full for your event. Delivery fee: $35 within a 10 mile radius of Pierce Creek; $1 per mile beyond.
72-hour notice requested for orders of 25+; 2-week notice for full-service buffets and themed bars.
